Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the Rituals Planner apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and the related sync service operated by Code City LLC.

The Service

Rituals is a life-planning and time-blocking app. The core planning experience is free. Optional paid plans unlock additional features and are sold exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase.

Subscriptions

Rituals Plus, Rituals Pro, and Rituals Max are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple account, offered in monthly and, where shown, yearly periods. The title, price, and period are displayed in the app before purchase. Each subscription renews automatically for the same period at the displayed price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Subscriptions (System Settings → Subscriptions on Mac). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Your Content

You are responsible for the planning content you create, including tasks, routines, notes, photos, and voice entries. Do not use Rituals to store or share unlawful content.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You may request account or data deletion by emailing dev@codecity.ai.
